During the management of high-volume events through our venue, the current attendance management system deployed via the Mereka platform is falling short of expectations in providing real-time, efficient attendee check-ins. Specifically, we face substantial delays and performance lags, particularly noticeable when processing the entry of large groups.
An example scenario involves handling a queue of approximately 20 attendees at the door, where the system’s sluggish response significantly hampers our ability to clear these queues swiftly. This inefficiency is not aligned with the fast-paced nature of our event operations, which demand the quick and seamless processing of large crowds.
To address these challenges, we urgently require a comprehensive optimization of the attendance management system. The core of this optimization must focus on ensuring the system's capability to instantaneously load and process data in real-time. A key aspect of this upgrade should include the system’s ability to facilitate simultaneous check-ins by multiple staff members, especially during peak entry times, without encountering any reduction in performance, delays in data processing, or the need for page reloads. Implementing such enhancements improves the overall user experience for both our staff and attendees but also ensures operational efficiency and quality service delivery during our events. The ability to swiftly manage queues and process attendees into the event without delay is essential for maintaining the high standards expected by our attendees
We urge the Mereka team to prioritize this request and implement the necessary system enhancements to meet the demands of high-volume event management effectively.
